Course with Otto Hecht
When I was an elementary school teacher, Otto Hecht gave one of the best courses I ever took. we would start out at 8am and end at 6. We visited many sites on Long Island, collecting flora and fauna wherever we went, and learning how they affected the ecology. I still have the "books" we created for each site.
