Default A Beautiful Brain

My summer project, as with most science, did not go as planned. The majority of the work was done in two weeks. Those two weeks were spent in the darkroom, imaging antibody staining in Xenopus brains that did not have the appearance we expected. The aim of the project was to document this antibody labeling, so we kept track of the images by taping them to the wall of the room. By the end of the two weeks the wall was lined with various images. One morning when we returned to the room a note was left that simply stated, A Beautiful Mind. All we could do was laugh because it was indeed a beautiful brain.
